Internet shop (e-shop) custom programming

Internet shop application contains variety of features that satisfy the most demanding customers.
We offer custom programming in case of special requests. Any functionality can be programmed and tailored to your needs. Some additional functionalities developed for our clients:

Invoice generating from online orders

  • Ability to generate invoices from online orders in HTML and PDF format, according to specified template and specified automatic numbering,
  • ability to cancel and re-generate invoices,
  • ability to batch export invoices in HTML and PDF format into a ZIP archive,
  • invoice management with search, customer filter, customer group, and time period filter.

Customer who bought this product also bought ...

  • CRON job technology loads confirmed online orders to determine what products were purchased together with the given product,
  • module is active in the product detail,
  • administrator can define the number of products displayed in the module.

Stock control in the e-shop application

  • Administration of a product received into inventory allows to record:
    • Number of pieces received into inventory,
    • items receive date,
    • type of item movement - receiving/release,
    • price incl. VAT,
    • supplier/buyer,
    • note.
  • Stock release form is automatically generated and customer is recorded as buyer after each sale,
  • Ability to export data/product movement in stock into .xls or .csv. formats.

Related products – We recommend to buy... with this product...

  • Ability to define related products / accessories, e.g. "We recommend buying ... with this product", product accessories, ...
  • option to set ordering of displayed related products.

Single page shopping cart using AJAX technology

  • Complete ordering process is done on a single page,
  • ability to return to any previous item by one click,
  • attractive sliding effects between individual sections of the order.

Filter according to defined attributes (e.g. dress size)

  • Select option button with a defined attributes of the listed products will be displayed in the upper part of the product list web page, (e.g. dresses size – XL, L, M, S, ...) ,
  • after selecting an attribute, the filter will display only those products that contain the given attribute (e.g. all dress sizes L),
  • in case the inventory status feature is activated, only attributes of the available (in stock) products will be shown.

Advanced product features

  • All product features are set globally for entire e-shop,
  • following options, for configuring additional product features, will be available:
    • single line text field,
    • multiline text field,
    • roll-down menu with selection,
    • roll-down menu with multiple selections,
    • check box,
    • radio button,
    • web link,
  • ability to select additional product features for each product category,
  • product detail will show only features that the user filled out,
  • option to define, if the particular product feature is searchable .

Product comparisons

  • Comparing products, their parameters and detailed specifications,
  • option to manage parameters and to set specific values,
  • option to delete and add products into the product comparison chart,
  • tooltips provide assistance while comparing the products.

Multiple currencies and currency management in the e-shop application

  • Management of multiple currencies,
  • method of how the price is displayed at the particular currency and its fixed exchange rate towards the main currency,
  • option to update the exchange rates automatically from a bank,
  • all product prices are displayed in the currency that the customer selected in the store,
  • if other than main currency is chosen, chosen currency and price in EUR is displayed in the order.

Multidomain system

  • Multilingual readable URL addresses for all web pages,
  • defining default language for particular domains (.com=EN, .sk=SK, .cz=CZ),
  • defining what currency will be used for particular domains (.com,.sk=EUR, .cz=CZK),
  • Google Analytics code for statistics will be set for all domains individually.

Pricelist in HTML and PDF, generated from the current data

  • Displaying pricelist that includes all items (products) in the internet store,
  • option to sort items by title, catalog number, price.

Saved shopping carts

  • System allows its registered users to save and name their shopping carts,
  • overview of saved shopping carts with following options: rename saved cart, display cart's original content,
  • verification of product availability based on the inventory status and its attributes,
  • if a product - its attribute doesn't exist, the product cannot be purchased,
  • if a product - its attribute exists, its price will be calculated from the current data.

Product monitoring (Watchdog)

  • The watchdog will be displayed in product detail with the 3 options to monitor the merchandise:
    • single use (it’s automatically deactivated after fulfilling set conditions)
    • permanently (stays active, until removed manually)
    • in selected time period (automatically deactivated after time expires)
  • icon depicting a dog is displayed in the product list - if it's grayed out, watchdog has not been activated for given product; if it is colored, the watchdog is currently activated for given product,
  • watchdog monitors inventory status (change of delivery date) and set price. Feature will be automatically activated when product attributes change, or when price falls below set amount,
  • a note can be added to the watchdog (e.g. “For Peter - he needs 5pcs for a festival…”), which will be displayed in the product list, and in e-mail,
  • list of products with the watchdog feature applied.

One-time data import of products and images

  • Import of product data, including category assignment,
  • assigning product images, including their watermarks and dimensions.

User credit, donate credit

  • Credit works on point basis, e.g. 1 point = 10,- EUR,
  • option to use full credit or only its proportion,
  • automatic credit re-calculation after the administrator confirms the order if, no credit was used in this order,
  • administrator has the ability to increase/decrease customer's credit (e.g. in case of unsuccessful order),
  • defining the price amount needed to receive 1 credit,
  • defining the minimum order total, needed to be reached to be able to use credit
  • defining the order amount for customer group, above which will the credit be applied
  • DONATE CREDIT feature - web page, on which registered users can donate portions of their credit to other users
  • ability to set credit expiration date. Customer will receive email notification before credit expires.

Product for personal pick-up only

  • Option to define products available for personal pick-up only.

Supplier and order feature

  • Management of suppliers and their contact information,
  • detailed list of ordered products by certain supplier,
  • overview of ordered products, ability to send e-mail notification to all suppliers whose products have been sold.

Extended delivery terms

  • Option to enter personalized delivery terms,
  • define delivery terms for each category.

Order recipient and user address book administration

  • Each customer has a dedicated address book with friends (order recipients) and their contact information,
  • ability to add, edit, and delete contacts from the address book,
  • ability to define specific recipient after product has been added into the cart,
  • recipient information is displayed in e-mails and order details.

Friends' anniversary reminders

  • Each customer can add, edit, and delete reminders,
  • following fields are available: To whom (text field), Occasion (choice from 12 defined occasions, e.g. birthday, name-day, ...), Date and annual repetition,
  • option to send automatic reminder email to a customer at a defined time before friend's anniversary .

User access rights administration

  • Administrators can specify access rights to system users,
  • option to deny access to all parts of the content management system (CMS's menu will not be accessible),
  • ability to grant access to specific parts of the s-shop administration (e-shop administration menu will be limited):
    • orders management,
    • products management,
    • management of those products added by the specific user,
    • categories management,
    • user management,
  • user will be redirected into the first granted section available after login into the e-shop administration.

Gift certificate code/voucher generating in the order

  • Text field to enter gift certificate code/voucher,
  • if a customer is not logged in while entering the code, the system redirects him/her to the login screen,
  • code verification - if it exists, if it's not expired, if it hasn't been used,
  • if a transfer has not been purchased with the entered voucher code, the user can enter a date of voucher to be used and notes into the contact form,
  • if the transfer has been purchased with the entered voucher code, the user cannot only send a contact form, but also use the voucher to increase his/her credit.

E-shop registration into price comparison sites

  • Internet shop will be linked to the major price comparison sites,
  • products form the eshop will be displayed on sites such as pricemania.sk, najnakup.sk, tovar.sk, a others.

Gift wrap

Allows to send order from an internet shop as a gift and to write own message.
  • Gift wrap overview in the 1st step in shopping cart,
  • ability to select gift wrap and define recipient's delivery address,
  • ability to set price for a gift wrap, which will be automatically added to the price of delivery,
  • displaying gift wrap within a delivery method in order summary,
  • ability to write own text as dedication, which will be sent to the administrator as a part of the order.

Interactive tabs system in product detail

  • he product configuration in the system administration allows to define(through a simple write-in between brackets) particular tabs, such as product description, technical details, size chart, additional information, and so on,
  • tabs are displayed in product detail on the website.

Extended product discounts

  • Feature includes discount types administration and ability to set type of discount for a product,
  • správa typov zliav a možnosť nastaviť typ zľavy pre produkt,
  • discounts are defined as percentage values or fixed amount values,
  • ability to set the time period, number below / above specified quantity of products in the cart,
  • opportunity to define validity of a discount for a certain time period from - to,
  • discount can be assigned an user module "banner", with content managed by administrator,
  • after time period expires, discount will be canceled and user module "banner" will be unpublished.
